This Privacy Policy explains what information The Draft Lab (the “Service”) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The Draft Lab is an independent fantasy football companion and squad optimiser, operated as an operating name (not a registered company).

1. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to provide the Service:

• Account details — the email address you sign up with, used to create and secure your account.
• League and team information — the fantasy league identifiers and team selections you connect, so we can show and analyse your squad.
• Your saved work and preferences — the squads, saved optimisations and settings you create while using the Service.

2. How we use your information

We use your information solely to provide and operate the Service: to authenticate you, to load and analyse your leagues and squads, to save your work and preferences, and to respond to support requests. We do not use your information for advertising.

3. How your data is stored

Your account and app data are stored using Supabase, our database and authentication provider. Access is restricted to what is needed to run the Service. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, though no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

4. We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as needed to operate the Service (for example, our database provider above) or where required by law.

5. Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page. Deleting your account permanently removes the personal data associated with it, including your saved squads, saved optimisations, connected league information and preferences. This action is irreversible.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Where we make material changes we will update the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Australia.
