Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of The Draft Lab (the “Service”), a free fantasy football companion and squad optimiser. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

The Draft Lab is an independent tool that helps fantasy football players analyse their leagues and build optimised squads. It is provided as an operating name and is not a registered company.

2. Not affiliated with Fantrax, the Premier League or FPL

The Draft Lab is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with Fantrax, the Premier League, the Official Fantasy Premier League (FPL), or any football club or governing body. All club names, competition names and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

3. Informational purpose only

Player statistics, scoring, projections and optimisation suggestions provided by the Service are for informational purposes only. They are estimates, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not guaranteed. The Service does not provide betting, investment or professional advice. Any decisions you make based on the Service are your own responsibility.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable rules;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its data or its infrastructure;
• interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Service;
• scrape, resell, or misrepresent the Service or its output; or
• use the Service in any way that infringes the rights of others.

5. Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for the activity that takes place under your account. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the terms of any third-party platform (such as your fantasy league provider) that you connect to it.

6. Provided “as is”; no warranty

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any data or projection it provides will be accurate or complete.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Draft Lab and the people behind it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profits or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have that cannot be lawfully excluded.

8. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Where we make material changes we will update the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or your use of the Service are governed by the laws of Australia.
